Supply Chain Coordinator

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, Design, and Administration.
  • Monitor operational workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Track and report progress of key operational KPIs to management.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling resources for smooth production and delivery timelines.
  • Support in documentation, record keeping, and compliance of operational procedures.
  • Handle queries, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical matters to management ne
  • Assist in vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and supply chain support.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and quality compliance.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations or coordination roles (preferably in manufacturing/retail sector).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/operations software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of operational workflows, supply chain, and resource planning will be an added advantage.
