<div><div><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Analyze data using established tools and processes to create routing plans, load plans, reports, and performance metrics</li><li>
Serve as an escalation point for load planners and support freight execution at the load level.</li><li>
Investigate and resolve freight payment discrepancies</li><li>
Support the carrier management process, including performance tracking and relationship management</li><li>
Act as a subject matter expert in carrier capacity, dock scheduling, and rate management within the E2open Transportation Management System</li><li>
Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives</li><li>
Other projects or duties as assigned</li></ul><div><b><br>
Required Education and Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of related experience</li></ul><div><b>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li></ul></div>
