Inbound Operations Supervisor

Your Role: As our Inbound Operations Supervisor, you will directly manage the receiving, sorting, and put-away processes within the warehouse. You’ll act as the key connection point between the inbound floor and our central import and local procurement teams. This role is fully field-based and requires strong leadership on the ground.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the entire inbound workflow, including physical receipt of goods, product sorting, and systematic put-away
• Supervise daily operations of a large inbound team through operation field responsibles
• Set daily priorities, assign tasks clearly, and ensure execution is aligned with operational standards
• Actively monitor team performance and maintain a structured follow-up process to improve task completion and timing
• Track key metrics such as receiving accuracy, put-away speed, space utilization, and inbound flow efficiency
• Work closely with both import and local purchasing teams to coordinate inbound schedules and priorities
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or quality problems

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, specifically in inbound logistics
• Proven ability to lead and organize large operational teams in a fast paced warehouse environment.
• Experienced in assigning workloads, managing shift structures, and improving team performance
• Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems; able to extract and interpret data for reporting
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment with tight operational targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to coordinate daily with multiple departments and maintain clear and solution-focused dialogue
