Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Telemarketing

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
  • Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
  • Promote air tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visas, tours, and other travel services.
  • Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Customer Handling

  • Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, travel dates, and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and terms.
  • Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Follow-Up & Coordination

  • Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email on quotations and pending decisions.
  • Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and hotel teams for confirmations.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking status.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or manual reports.
  • Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and follow-up lists.
  • Ensure all customer data is handled confidentially.

Company Representation

  • Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and travel regulations.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, sales ethics, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience in travel & tourism sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of travel destinations, visas, and holiday packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
