Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Telemarketing
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel products and services.
- Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Promote air tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visas, tours, and other travel services.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Customer Handling
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, travel dates, and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and terms.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Follow-Up & Coordination
- Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email on quotations and pending decisions.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and hotel teams for confirmations.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking status.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or manual reports.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and follow-up lists.
- Ensure all customer data is handled confidentially.
Company Representation
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and travel regulations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, sales ethics, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in travel & tourism sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations, visas, and holiday packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
