We combine creative expertise with data-driven strategy to deliver high-conversion campaigns for global clients. We’re now hiring a high-performing Inbound Sales Manager to lead our demo pipeline, client discovery, and mid-market closures.

Role Overview

This role is designed for an experienced inbound sales professional who can run discovery calls, scope requirements, deliver proposals, and close mid-market SMB accounts efficiently. In the initial phase, this position will operate as a hybrid inbound + outbound role until inbound volume stabilises.

Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Initially Handle 3–4 qualified inbound demos per day.
  • Lead full-funnel sales: discovery → solutioning → proposal → objection handling → closure.
  • Initially Deliver 8–10 proposals per week with structured scoping.
  • Initially Achieve 4–5 closures per month, contributing ₹10–12L revenue bare min.

Outbound & ABM (Initial Phase)

  • Participate in high-intent outbound ABM outreach to support early pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs on scripts, messaging, follow-ups, and ICP targeting.

Client Communication & Discovery

  • Conduct deep needs analysis to understand client pain points and match solutions.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with clients across SMB and mid-market categories.
  • Maintain high discipline in follow-ups, ensuring < 2 hours response SLA.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work directly with the Business Head on pricing, negotiation, and closure strategy.
  • Coordinate with GTM, creative, and marketing teams for aligned proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility at all times.

Role Requirements (Education & Background)

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 4–6 years experience in inbound sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Prior experience in agencies, SaaS, consulting, or digital services.
  • Strong track record in handling inbound pipelines and closing mid-market deals.

Core Skills

  • Exceptional English communication (neutral/US/UK accent preferred).
  • Strong needs analysis and rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate creative, design, and performance marketing solutions.
  • Powerful objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • High follow-up discipline and client empathy.
  • Solid proposal writing and scoping experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
