Role Description (Night Shift)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative – Telecommunications, located in Karachi Division. The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming sales inquiries, assisting customers with product information and order processing. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and providing top-tier customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Order Processing
• Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus
• bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
