Inbound Sales Representative – US Home Care
About the Role
We are hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming inquiries for a U.S.-based home care client. This role is ideal for someone who can balance empathy with strong sales skills, guiding seniors and their families from first contact to signed service agreements while maintaining a caring and ethical approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to conversion
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate home care services and care plans
- Build trust with seniors and family members using a consultative sales approach
- Explain services, pricing, and contract terms clearly and close sales confidently
- Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after contract signing
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track sales pipeline
- Meet response time, conversion, and revenue targets
- Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Strong empathy and communication skills
- Good understanding of the complete sales process
- Confident objection handling and closing skills
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
- Experience using CRM systems
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
