Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative, based in Lahore. The Inbound Sales Representative will engage with incoming customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and promote products and services. Key responsibilities include managing calls, processing orders, building relationships with clients, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales with a strong ability to meet sales targets and persuade potential clients.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in Order Processing and Account Management to handle transactions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
