Inbound Sales Specialist – Credit Cards

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and digital enquiries for credit card sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products
• Qualify leads based on eligibility, income, and credit norms
• Convert enquiries into approved applications and activations
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion & revenue targets
• Ensure accurate data entry, application submission, and documentation
• Coordinate with verification, underwriting, and operations teams
• Maintain CRM updates, call logs, and MIS
• Address customer queries and ensure positive customer experience
• Follow bank policies, compliance, and ethical sales practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
