- Handle inbound calls, chats, and digital enquiries for credit card sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products
- Qualify leads based on eligibility, income, and credit norms
- Convert enquiries into approved applications and activations
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion & revenue targets
- Ensure accurate data entry, application submission, and documentation
- Coordinate with verification, underwriting, and operations teams
- Maintain CRM updates, call logs, and MIS
- Address customer queries and ensure positive customer experience
- Follow bank policies, compliance, and ethical sales practices
