Inbound Specialist

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Position Overview:

Zue is seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals with strong English communication skills and a solid background and prior experience in Virtual Assistance, CSR, Inbound and Outbound roles. The selected candidates will act as a crucial link between our company and its US-based customers/clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Use company systems to access customer accounts, assist with online transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through web-based applications.
• Promote and educate customers on self-service tools for improved efficiency.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system while maintaining organized records and generating reports when required.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of US customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or A-Levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to work USA shift timings.
