Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all inbound activities, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inbound shipments, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures

Lead and mentor the inbound team, providing training and support to enhance performance and navigate challenges

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and management to minimize waste and obsolescence

Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any shipping discrepancies or operational issues

Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols within the receiving area
