Inbound Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Inbound Team Leader to oversee daily inbound operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and knows how to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the inbound team to ensure efficient unloading, receiving, and put-away of product
• Assign daily tasks and manage workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Ensure all inbound shipments are received, inspected, and documented correctly
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures, safety, and performance expectations
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to warehouse policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve discrepancies or delays
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners as required

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or lead experience (inbound/receiving preferred)
• Strong understanding of inbound warehouse processes
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with WMS systems
• Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods
• Forklift experience or certification a plus

Pay: QAR1,700.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
