Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Tele Sales Specialist to handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, understands customer needs, and can consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers and provide detailed information about products/services.
- Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism.
- Collaborate with sales team and supervisors to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Provide feedback regarding customer insights and product improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, call centers, or customer service (inbound or outbound).
- Fluency in English
