Inbound Tour Package Coordinator / Reservations Executive (DMC)

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Tour Package Coordinator / Reservations Executive to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inbound tourism operations, strong knowledge of DMC processes, and the ability to manage reservations, suppliers, and customised tour packages efficiently.

This role requires someone who understands UAE tourism products and can coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for international and domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound tour packages, FITs, and group reservations
• Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers, attractions, and sightseeing tours
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations as per client requirements
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, attraction suppliers, and guides
• Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, and operational follow-ups
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and suppliers
• Handle last-minute changes, amendments, and operational issues professionally
• Maintain accurate reservation records and supplier contracts
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction at all times
