Position Title: Travel Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Travel Coordinator to manage and oversee travel arrangements for medical staff, visiting doctors, and other personnel. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and cost-effective travel logistics in line with company policies and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
- Maintain updated travel records and itineraries for all staff and visitors.
- Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and vendors for best travel options and rates.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Provide timely support and communication to traveling staff regarding itinerary updates or changes.
- Prepare travel expense reports and assist with related documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and visa processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with travel management tools preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
