Position Title: Travel Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Travel Coordinator to manage and oversee travel arrangements for medical staff, visiting doctors, and other personnel. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and cost-effective travel logistics in line with company policies and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
  • Maintain updated travel records and itineraries for all staff and visitors.
  • Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and vendors for best travel options and rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely support and communication to traveling staff regarding itinerary updates or changes.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and assist with related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and visa processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with travel management tools preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
