Incharge Nurse - One Day Surgery

Broadway Vascular Clinic is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incharge Nurse to lead our nursing team in our One Day Surgery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing staff within the One Day Surgery unit.
• Ensure all nursing care delivered meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Oversee patient flow, from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory of medical supplies for the unit.
• Mentor, train, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid DHA license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.
• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a One Day Surgery or similar fast-paced surgical setting within the UAE.
• Proven experience in a leadership or charge nurse role is mandatory.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in perioperative care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions in a high-pressure environment.
