About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Incharge Rigging professional to oversee and manage rigging operations in a high-risk industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas, construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting operations

Prepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures & checklists

Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, lifting codes, and site regulations

Collaborate with project, safety, and crane teams for safe execution

Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training

Maintain daily activity logs and rigging equipment status reports

Lead and manage large rigging teams, including riggers and foremen
Qualification & Experience
:

Diploma/DAE in Mechanical or relevant technical field

Rigging Level-III Certification (preferred)

15+ years of hands-on rigging experience, especially in shutdown/turnaround environments

Proven leadership of large rigging teams in the Oil & Gas sector

Strong command of load charts, lifting tackles, crane capacities
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
