Incharge Rigging & Lifting

Join one of Pakistan’s leading Industrial Services Divisions , delivering excellence in large-scale Oil & Gas shutdowns and turnarounds . We are looking for a seasoned Incharge Rigging/Lifting to lead high-risk lifting operations across complex, time-critical projects.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage large rigging teams — including hundreds of riggers and foremen
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting activities
• Prepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures, and equipment checklists
• Ensure 100% compliance with HSE, lifting codes, and site regulations
• Work closely with project, safety, and crane teams for safe job execution
• Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training when required
• Maintain daily logs, inspections, and rigging equipment status reports

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/DAE in Mechanical or related technical field
• Rigging Level-III Certification preferred
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in rigging operations, including leadership of large rigging crews
• Proven expertise in shutdown/turnaround environments within the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong command over load charts, lifting tackles, and crane capacities
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills
