We are a registered Income Estimation Agency working with multiple banks. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Income Estimation Officer to manage customer coordination, field visit scheduling, documentation verification, and report processing for banking cases.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, coordination ability, and basic reporting/MIS preparation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bank-referred cases received via email
- Coordinate with customers to schedule income estimation visits
- Arrange and supervise field team assignments
- Ensure accurate collection of required documents and photographs
- Resolve documentation discrepancies with customers and reporting department
- Coordinate preparation and timely submission of income estimation reports to banks
- Maintain and update MIS records of all received and processed cases
- Ensure completion of cases within assigned turnaround time (TAT)
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (for MIS reporting)
- Ability to handle emails professionally
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in banking, verification, field coordination, or documentation will be preferred
