Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Claim Inspector to join our field operations team. In this role, you’ll conduct on-site inspections to accurately assess property damage within your assigned territory. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Independent Insurance Adjusters who prefer focusing on inspections and assessments without the administrative pressure of managing entire claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of roofs, siding, and interiors to document property damage.
• Use inspection methods such as chalking roofs and taking clear, detailed photographs.
• Assess damage accurately, noting roof layers, discontinued shingles, or other conditions that may require full replacements.
• Schedule and manage your inspection calendar efficiently to meet client and operational timelines.
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster, Property Inspector, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of property damage assessment, including roofing and exterior components.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple inspections independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
