Asset Management Expert (with dTIMS system experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field related to infrastructure asset management.
• At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the field of asset management.
• Strong expertise in strategic asset management, including lifecycle planning, risk assessment, and optimisation of asset performance.
• Proven experience in maintenance management strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance planning, and resource allocation.
• Proficient in the use of dTIMS (including Deterioration Curves & Decision Trees Infrastructure Management System) for data analysis, asset condition assessment, and decision support.
• Ability to develop and implement asset management frameworks aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in integrating asset management with financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Experience in utilising GIS and other asset management software tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per day

• Ability to develop and implement asset management frameworks aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.KPIs/PMO governance for capital projects (tools, reporting cadence, and how actions improved cost, schedule, or service levels).
• Are you Proficient in the use of dTIMS (including Deterioration Curves & Decision Trees Infrastructure Management System) for data analysis, asset condition assessment, and decision support?
