Fleet Administrator

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Supply Chain Division . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of company fleet operations, including administration, maintenance coordination, leasing, insurance, and expense tracking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fleet operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and workshop schedules.
  • Manage leasing contracts, procurement requests, and insurance renewals.
  • Monitor fuel usage, expenses, and prepare accurate reports.
  • Handle accident reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain updated fleet documentation and records.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet administration or transportation coordination.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fleet operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP or fleet management systems is an advantage.
