Independent Contractor Driver — Private Pay Transportation

Job Summary
Community Partners Transportation is a 5-star rated, family-owned private transportation company serving seniors, patients, and families across the Charlotte metro area — including Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, Concord, and Mooresville. We are expanding our contractor network and looking for experienced, professional drivers who take pride in delivering a premium experience to every client, every time.

This is not a volume-based gig. We operate at a higher standard — our clients depend on us for medical appointments, hospital discharges, senior care outings, and more. We only partner with drivers who have a proven track record of great ratings and reviews.

Qualifications

• Active driver profile on Uber and/or Lyft with a verifiable rating of 4.8 stars or higher
• Minimum 100 completed trips on your current platform(s)
• Clean, well-maintained personal vehicle (2015 or newer preferred)
• Valid NC driver's license and current personal auto insurance with rideshare endorsement
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR review
• Exceptional interpersonal skills — you will serve seniors, patients, and families
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive to dispatch communication
• Comfortable assisting passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed

Pay: $200.00 - $800.00 per week
