Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role in Ras Al Khaimah and Other Emirates, for a Customer Service Evaluator (Mystery Shopper). The role involves evaluating customer service interactions, providing feedback, and analyzing customer experience data to improve service quality and satisfaction.
