Job Title: Quality Control Specialist – Sales Department

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting from AED 4,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to support our Sales Department. The role involves evaluating communication standards, conducting follow-up calls with potential clients, analyzing performance, and helping improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Evaluation

  • Listen to recorded calls to ensure compliance with communication standards and customer service policies.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Win-Back Efforts

  • Contact leads and potential clients to review their interaction with the sales team.
  • Identify missed opportunities and attempt to re-engage clients who did not convert.
  • Gather feedback from leads to understand objections and service gaps.

3. Performance Analysis

  • Assess sales team performance with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document key observations and improvement areas.

4. Reporting

  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting metrics, trends, customer insights, and opportunities for improvement.

5. Feedback and Coaching

  • Provide constructive feedback to sales staff.
  • Work with management to develop improvement plans and training sessions.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance sales quality and customer experience.

7. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with sales and after-sales teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in quality assurance, call center operations, sales coordination, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and call recording tools.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
