Independent General Contractor- Siding

Comfort Windows & Doors is seeking to partner with experienced and motivated independent General Contractors on a project-by-project basis. Contractors engaged through this opportunity are not employees of Comfort Windows & Doors. Instead, they operate as separate businesses responsible for their own operations, tools, insurance, and tax obligations.

We are looking for partners who can manage construction projects from start to finish, while also driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Scope of Work
Independent Contractors engaged with Comfort Windows & Doors may:

• Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Analyze project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications
Independent Contractors should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in general contracting or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on relationship building.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Independent Contractor Relationship
