Independent Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Esthetician- Medical Office (2 Rooms for Rental)

Join our dynamic wellness team as an Independent Contractor Massage Therapist and/or Acupuncturist, where you will play a vital role in enhancing clients' health, relaxation, and overall well-being. This flexible position offers the opportunity to deliver personalized therapeutic treatments in a professional setting, empowering clients to achieve pain relief, improved mobility, and stress reduction. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment focused on healing and customer satisfaction, all while maintaining your independence as a contractor. You will have access to our front desk staff, patient and employee bathroom, break room and your patients will have a professional clinic to come to. Our clinic offers Chiropractic, physical therapy, IV therapy, Shockwave, PRP and orthobiologics such as Exosomes and Wharton's Jelly products that your clients will have access to.

Contractor Status: This opportunity includes access to a private treatment room for a flat monthly rate of $800/month. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM–2:30 PM. If additional hours are needed, the contractor may be provided their own key for independent access outside standard clinic hours. The contractor is responsible for providing their own supplies and equipment; please note that on-site laundry facilities are not available. You will have access to shared clinic amenities, including the patient waiting area, front desk, and common areas, within a professional, established wellness clinic. Initial contract can be month to month and if both parties like the flow we will extend to 6 month to year to year.

Duties

  • Provide expert massage therapy sessions, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client’s needs
  • Perform acupuncture treatments with precision, utilizing your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to promote healing and pain management
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and monitor progress over time
  • Educate clients on wellness strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care techniques to support ongoing health goals
  • Maintain detailed treatment records using medical terminology and understanding of anatomy for accurate documentation
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment adhering to all health regulations and licensing requirements
  • Deliver exceptional patient service by actively listening, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive client experience
  • Respectful of our staff and equipment

Experience

  • Proven experience in providing massage therapy services and or Acupuncture with specialization in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
  • Strong background in acupuncture with demonstrated success in pain management and physiologic treatment approaches
  • Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic practices
  • Prior work in med spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and treatment planning for diverse client populations
  • Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for massage therapy and acupuncture practice
