What We Offer:

• Elegant, modern salon atmosphere with private rooms (4 booths total)
• 2 Restrooms, dedicated shampoo area, and separate stylist breakroom (fridge, microwave, TV)
• Coffee & Snack Bar – hot/iced coffee, tea, and treats for you & your clients

• Backbar shampoo & conditioner provided

Rental Rate:

Suite rental $400/week (Very large room for 2 professionals to share)

Booth rental $275/week for 4 or more days,
Flexible terms available

Also offering Hourly Booth Rental $25/hr for professionals trying to build their clientele.

Move-In Special:

• Half off first months rent and deposit if you join by the end of April!

✅ Requirements:

• Current Tennessee cosmetology license
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Existing clientele preferred but not required.
