Independent Medical Sales Representative – Physician Outreach

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are a healthcare technology company looking for a self-motivated independent sales representative to introduce our physician order management platform to primary care and internal medicine practices in El Paso, Texas.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your own schedule. You already have relationships with physician offices — we just need you to open the door.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Visiting or calling primary care, internal medicine, and family medicine physician offices in your territory
• Introducing our platform to office managers and physicians (we provide a simple one-page pitch — no technical knowledge required)
• Scheduling 20-minute Zoom demos (our team handles all demos and onboarding remotely)
• Following up with interested practices
• Reporting weekly on outreach activity

WHY PHYSICIANS SAY YES:

Our platform helps physicians get reimbursed for Medicare home health certification orders (G0179/G0180) — revenue most physicians are currently leaving on the table every month. You are not selling them a cost. You are showing them money they are already owed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years experience calling on physician offices (medical sales, pharma, home health liaison, DME, or similar)
• Existing relationships with primary care or internal medicine practices in El Paso.
• Comfortable talking to office managers and physicians
• Self-starter who works independently
• No software sales experience required — we handle all tech demos

COMPENSATION:

Commission only: A rep who onboards 40 physician practices can realistically earn $1,500–$3,000/month in recurring commissions with minimal ongoing effort once accounts are active.
