Independent Sales Agent – Paint & Coatings (Bahrain)

About Us
Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries.
We are now expanding our commercial presence in the Gulf region and are looking for independent sales agents in Bahrain to develop and strengthen our customer network.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand a portfolio of clients (distributors, contractors, shipyards, construction companies, industrial customers).
Promote our extensive product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings).
Identify and approach new B2B leads in Bahrain.
Attend customer visits, provide basic product introductions, and manage follow-ups.
Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare quotations and commercial offers.
Report weekly sales activities, including visits, opportunities, and potential projects.

What We Are Looking For
Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or B2B sales.
Existing network in the Bahrain industrial or construction sector is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
English required; Arabic is an advantage.
