Independent Sales Agent – Paint & Coatings (Kuwait)

Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: Kuwait (Remote – Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our presence in the Gulf region and are looking for independent sales agents in Kuwait to strengthen our customer network across construction, industrial, and marine sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a portfolio of clients (distributors, contractors, construction companies, shipyards, industrial facilities). Promote our full product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, wood coatings, floor coatings). Identify and engage new B2B customers in Kuwait’s active construction and industrial markets. Conduct customer visits, project site visits, and product presentations; manage follow-ups. Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare quotations and commercial offers. Provide weekly reports on visits, quotations, and potential projects. What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or B2B technical sales. Existing network in the Kuwaiti construction, industrial, or marine sectors is a strong advantage. Understanding of procurement processes for large government and private projects. Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented personality. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
