Independent Subcontractor Cleaner (On-Call / Flexible Schedule)

Job Description:

Bright’s Maids Cleaning Services LLC is currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent subcontractor cleaners to join our growing team!

We provide residential, move-in/move-out, and office cleaning services throughout Vancouver, WA & the Greater Portland Metro area, and are looking for cleaners who take pride in delivering high-quality work and professionalism.

This is a flexible, on-call subcontractor position, perfect for experienced cleaners looking to pick up additional work and maintain control over their own schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential cleanings (standard, deep, recurring)
• Move-in / move-out cleanings
• Vacant unit turnovers for property managers
• Occasional office/commercial cleaning
• Following detailed cleaning checklists and service expectations

Pay:

• Competitive pay per job (typically equivalent to $25–$45+ per hour depending on job size and scope)

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (preferred, but some jobs may provide supplies)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check (if required by client/property)
