Understanding of MRO commodites
Good knowledge of cost structures for various commodities and services required locally and Ensure the supply base is cost competitive.
Finalize Spot Buy and Annual contract for MRO commodities for FNA region
Support FNA Plants Spot Buys and annual contracts
Work with CFT to support Plant supplies and address supplier issues.
Perform benchmarking exercise for the spot buys and Annual Contract based on markets tests/previous projects
- Keep Exploring opportunities for Cost reduction.
