Indirect Procurement Executive

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.

  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

  • Creates RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers, handle daily buying activities through balancing cost, quality, lead-time and technical considerations

  • Build and manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships using Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions. Supports the requester in vendor options for their solutions by searching the market, setting up demos and arranging POCs, whilst also negotiating the best deal

  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes. Drive optimization initiatives measured through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies.

  • Monitor market trends and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop strong industry and market intelligence through analysis of supply markets, suppliers and product/service trends.

  • Ensure all sourcing and procurement activities comply with company Procurement Policy and relevant local regulatory requirements.

  • Establish and monitor key control measures and KPIs to ensure compliance, efficiency and process effectiveness.

  • Identify, assess and mitigate supply, financial and reputational risks through proactive risk management and contingency planning.

  • Ensure transparency, auditability and adherence to governance standards.

  • Act as a trusted business partner and consultant, resolving issues and delivering value‑added commercial proposals.

  • Execute sourcing strategies in alignment with regional/global category teams

What we’d love for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement.

  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, contract management and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

  • Advance level English proficiency (both written and spoken).

  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara.
