We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Analyst for a 3-month contract within the Global Indirect Procurement team. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, generating critical reports, and supporting the RFx lifecycle.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate procurement records and databases. Regularly update procurement trackers using advanced data analytics tools

Generate reports and dashboards to track activities, costs, spend across suppliers, savings, and supplier performance metrics. Apply analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance trends.

Follow up with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Brand teams) to ensure timely approvals and documentation.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the
RFx lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
to guide stakeholders through sourcing events and ensure alignment with procurement timelines.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Assist in identifying and flagging non-compliant purchases and support internal audits.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (e.g., pivot modeling, complex formulas).

Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus.

Very comfortable with data and manipulating large datasets.
