Indirect Purchasing Executive

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Min. 5 years of experience in technical purchasing, and indirect purchasing experience is a plus.
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in cost analysis and reporting in MS Office and SAP products
• Attentive to details, analytical thinking capabilities, result-driven mind
• Advanced planning and organizing abilities, eager to work in a global workplace structure
• Open minded, enthusiastic to learn new skills and adaptive in a challenging environment
• Advanced level of MS Office & SAP is an asset

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being responsible for the indirect purchasing processes both locally and globally
• Following up the market and countries by providing analysis and reports for weekly/monthly/yearly basis
• Managing tender relationships effectively, developing alternatives constantly and sourcing tenders both locally and globally
• Preparing reliable and sustainable cost saving projects
• Organizing, tracking and controlling the execution of purchasing process in coordination with other departments
