
Indirect Sales Audit & Quality (Assiut)
1- Retail Audit & Compliance:
-
Conduct monthly on-site visits to Retail locations to perform audits on cash handling, POS transactions and operation compliance.

Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues and escalate them as required.
2- Customer Centricity & Quality:
-
Assess Customer Centricity standards and service quality in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Utilize standardized audit checklists to evaluate each location or branch consistently.
3- Audit Feedback & Reporting:
-
Prepare detailed audit reports for each site visit, including scores, findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.

Provide clear feedback to retail site management to address audit findings and improve compliance and quality.

Submit a final audit report covering all visited locations, highlighting risks and areas for improvement.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
1-2 years of experience in Fintech or Telecommunication is preferred.

Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and POS transaction flows.

Familiarity with audit principles, checklists, and scoring methodologies.

Ability to review operational processes and identify gaps or risks.
