Indoor Outdoor Landscape Helper Gardener

We are looking for an Outdoor Plants Maintenance Helper to join our team.

Job Purpose:

• To install and ensure the maintenance of plants.
• Ensure plant’s irrigation, fertilization, pest management, plant cleaning, pruning, watering and plant rotation.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

This position requires an ideal person to perform company’s horticultural practices and principles to provide superior quality maintenance work for clients in a professional way.

• Plant Installation (New & Repotting): Plants are installed at the designated places by ensuring the pots are not damaged, the surrounding areas are not polluted by soil, and the plants are in good condition.
• Plant Maintenance: Identify and remedy or report the in charge about the plant pests, diseases, physiological disorders and environmental influences that can jeopardize plant health and vitality.
• Carry out plant maintenance work individually or with the assistance of one helper
• Waters all plants appropriately for each plant and ensures all plants are clean and free of dust
• Notifies superior in charge using plant replacement request form of any damaged, vandalized plants and containers, and discolored leaves before pruning. Remove all trash and debris from planters if required.
• Maintain the plant replacement and customer visit report and check with the customer if any additional requirement
• Responsible for upkeep and placement of tools and equipment. Report superior on tools and equipment required for plant maintenance
• Use the plant chemicals and fertilizer periodically for the plants.
• Existing Plant details & report: Provide daily the check list of existing plants at clients’ location to the manager.
• Invoice submission: Submit on time invoice to customers and follow up outstanding payments.
• Issuance of receipts to customers upon collection of payment.
• Perform other duties as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
