Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate advanced sales and customer service skills to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze consumer data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff members, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential customers and provide additional information via email.
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proactively contribute to business growth by identifying and securing new clients.
- Optimize staff performance and contribute to team development and training.
- Ensure that all sales-related equipment and materials are adequate, properly maintained, and available when needed.
- Address customer complaints and provide high-quality after-sales support when required.
- Accurately and efficiently process all customer orders.
- Inform clients promptly about any unforeseen delays or issues affecting their orders.
- Monitor team progress, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable improvements.
- Track sales quotas and individual team member goals to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Enter and maintain accurate order information in the company database.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an indoor sales professional, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Previous experience working in a Manufacturing company.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, responsible, and skilled at problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A dedicated team player with a high level of commitment and professionalism.
