Indoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background with good communication and coordination skills. Candidates with prior UAE experience in sales/support roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for approvals and orders.
• Coordinate with the sales team, procurement, and operations department.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.
• Support outdoor sales staff with technical and commercial information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure timely response to customer requirements and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Must hold a valid UAE spouse visa.
• Engineering background is mandatory.
• UAE experience in indoor sales/customer support/sales coordination preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
