Job Description:
Al Asayel Health and Safety FZE is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle customer and supplier portals, prepare quotations, and support internal coordination — all from our JAFZA-based office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and customer portal communications.
• Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
• Prepare, follow up, and close quotations and sales orders.
• Source new suppliers to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with customer service team, logistics, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in indoor sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
