Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Indoor Sales Executive to support sales operations for our firefighting equipment manufacturing business. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with production, logistics, and external sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales inquiries from distributors, contractors, and end users
- Prepare accurate quotations based on manufacturing costs, specifications, and delivery timelines
- Process sales orders and coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse teams
- Support external sales representatives with pricing, product details, and documentation
- Maintain customer records, price lists, and sales reports
- Assist with tender submissions, technical datasheets, and compliance documents
- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and deliveries
- Help achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of indoor/inside sales experience in manufacturing (firefighting or industrial products preferred)
- Basic knowledge of firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, valves, fire pumps, or suppression systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
