Indoor Sales Executive - Sanitarywares & Bathroom fittings

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom, understanding their needs and design preferences.
• Present products professionally, explaining features, benefits, finishes, materials, and pricing.
• Advise customers on suitable products and combinations to meet their project or design requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.

Sales Process Management:

• Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
• Close sales through effective negotiation and service support.
• Process sales orders and ensure all necessary documentation and payments are handled accurately.
• Follow up on leads and sales inquiries via phone, email, and showroom appointments.

Reporting & Targets:

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales outcomes, and pipeline using CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Coordinate with delivery, installation, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Work closely with marketing to support promotions, events, and showroom activations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in Sanitarywares & Bathroom fittings, building materials, or luxury home solutions products.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Professional presentation and confidence engaging with high-end clientele.
• Good product knowledge aptitude — ability to learn product features and applications quickly.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM systems preferred).
• Multilingual skills are a plus (English essential; Arabic or other languages advantageous).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
