Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

Team Safety Consultants LLC is seeking a results-driven Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive to manage client inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into business within the third-party inspection and certification industry. The role focuses on sales coordination, quotation management, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries for inspection services (lifts, cranes, forklifts, pressure vessels, etc.)
• Actively follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed jobs
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service details
• Coordinate with the inspection/operations team for job scheduling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Maintain and update client database and sales records
• Identify new business opportunities through calls and emails
• Support the outdoor sales team when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales / telesales / customer handling
• Experience in inspection, safety, or technical services is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
