We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, generate sales, and maintain strong client relationships from within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets through calls, walk-in customers, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
  • Coordinate with the outdoor sales, logistics, and accounts teams
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in indoor sales, telesales, or customer service (preferred)but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
