Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive

Job Description
We are hiring an energetic and customer oriented Indoor Sales Executive for our General Trading shop in Ajman. The role focuses on handling walk-in customers, promoting products, closing sales, and coordinating with the store and warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Promote offers, discounts, and ongoing sales campaigns.
- Prepare sales invoices and receipts using POS or billing system.
- Coordinate with store and warehouse staff for stock availability.
- Arrange and maintain product displays and shop cleanliness.
- Handle basic customer follow-ups and after-sales coordination.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and follow company sales policies.
- Support daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in indoor sales, shop sales, or counter sales in the UAE.
- Experience in general trading, electronics, or retail shops preferred.
- Good English communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
- Basic computer and POS handling skills.
- Presentable, disciplined, and customer friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Immediate availability preferred.
