Job Description:

Cooper Disposal is seeking an experienced and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our team. This position is roll-off containers only (no residential or rear-load routes). The ideal candidate takes pride in safe driving, customer service, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently
• Deliver, swap, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations
• Secure and tarp loads in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate route and disposal documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Keep truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A/B
• Clean driving record
• Roll-off experience REQUIRED
• Ability to operate in tight job sites and construction areas
• Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
