Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your detailed financial and controlling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside diligent, strategic, and innovative teammates.

You’ll specifically take care of operational controls on factory-related topics, review and challenge operations to improve efficiency and cost targets, and ensure accurate accounting and financial order closure. You will also lead Continuous Improvement Teams (CFTs) to enhance control in our industrial and manufacturing environments.
We’ll look to you for:
Implementing proper cost controlling and review mechanisms
Operational control over factory efficiency and inventory management
Developing and animating KPIs/Dashboards for site leadership reviews
Strengthening controls on inventory and working capital improvements
Driving finance-related continuous improvement actions
Ensuring compliance with group and statutory audit processes
Active support and business partnership with various operations teams

Experience or understanding of industrial or project-based setup controlling activities
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP FI and MM modules
Familiarity with production accounting systems and financial order closure processes
A proactive and result-driven mindset

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
