Industrial Data & AI Technical Lead

Define and lead the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with Capgemini’s global vision and client priorities.

Architect and oversee the design, training, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models across multiple domains (Industrial AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics).

Work with cross-functional engineering, data, and product teams to embed AI into digital engineering solutions, platforms, and services.

Engage directly with clients, translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible outcomes.

Lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers; mentor talent and foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and research advancements to shape Capgemini’s offerings and thought leadership.

10+ years of experience in data science / AI / machine learning, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or architect role.

Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions at scale (industrial, enterprise, or consumer).

Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques (deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting).

Experience with leading AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Ability to engage with business stakeholders and C-level executives in a consultative, value-focused manner.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing technical teams.

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MSc/PhD) a plus.
