Industrial Electrician

SFFECOGLOBAL FZE is searching for an experienced Industrial Electrician specializing in the construction, wiring, testing, and field commissioning of Fire Protection Control Panels (Fire Pumps, Fire Alarms, and Suppression Systems). This role requires a meticulous professional who ensures the electrical heart of our life safety systems is built and maintained to critical NFPA and NEC standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Build & Wire: Assemble and wire industrial control panels and specialized fire pump controllers from blueprints and schematics.
• Testing : Perform rigorous factory and field acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) on all control panels and system interfaces.
• Installation & Commissioning: Install, connect, and commission fire pump controllers and related electrical components at client sites.
• Expert Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and repair complex electrical faults, including motor control issues, power distribution failures, and system logic problems.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets strict NFPA 20 (Fire Pumps), NFPA 72 (Fire Alarms), and NEC standards.
• Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance on control systems.

Qualifications & Experience.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and control panel building, electrical wiring, panel assembly
• Technical: Basic knowledge of DB/SMDB components and ability to read simple wiring diagrams.
• Tools: Proficient in using common electrical hand tools and testing equipment
• Safety: Strong commitment to electrical safety and workplace standards.
• Specialization: Proven, demonstrable experience working on electrical control systems for Fire Pumps and integrating with Fire Alarm Systems.
• Code Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of NFPA and NEC requirements for life safety electrical installations.
• Skills: Proficient in reading complex schematics, using diagnostic tools, and adhering to strict LOTO/Arc Flash safety protocols.
